1. Use of Service

This service is a game marketplace operated by AICU Inc. Users must be 18 years or older.

2. Crowdfunding

Supporting a game is a contribution to game development, not a product purchase. Development delays or cancellations may occur.

3. Ending Credits

Backers will be listed in game ending credits using the name provided at checkout. Inappropriate names may be rejected.

4. Refunds

Generally, refunds are not issued. If game development is cancelled, individual cases will be considered.
